Canadian Valley Technology Center Workforce Development Coordinator Shawn Freie has been elected vice president-elect for the Postsecondary, Adult Career Education (PACE) Division of the Association for Career and Technical Education.
Freie, 53, of Anadarko, has worked 30 years in career and technology education. She came to CV Tech in 2022. She previously worked as small business management coordinator at Caddo Kiowa Technology Center. She began her career as an agriculture education instructor at Moore High School in 1992. PACE consists of educators, administrators and professionals with a collective goal is to promote quality career and technical training that improves the career and economic success of people in surrounding communities.
