Max Abmas has been awarded the NBA G League Sportsmanship Award for representing strong character on and off court during the 2025–26 season. The Salt Lake City Stars guard was recognized for leadership, professionalism, community engagement, and academic encouragement.

Oral Roberts University’s track and field team earned several top-eight finishes at a major meet in Austin. Athletes Woedem Vasmark-Voegborlo, Jordan Wenger, and Destiny Downing stood out with strong performances against national competition.

Oral Roberts baseball continued its unbeaten streak in Summit League play with a decisive win over Omaha. Key performances included early scoring from Wailele Kane-Yates and strong pitching by Easton Teel. The team will face Omaha again Saturday evening.

Oral Roberts men’s tennis celebrated Senior Day with a dramatic comeback win over Illinois State. The team rallied from a three-point deficit to secure victory at home. Seniors Parv Nage, Cayden Cheek, and Ricardo Filho were recognized before the match.

Oral Roberts University’s Hudson Ellis and Easton Teel have been named Summit League Baseball Players of the Week after strong performances against Northern Colorado. The duo helped secure another series sweep for their team. This marks Ellis’s first career honor and Teel’s fourth.
