Kevin Hern, a Congressman representing Oklahoma’s 1st district since 2018, has been active on social media discussing various issues and announcements. Born in Belton, Missouri in 1961, Hern currently resides in Tulsa and holds degrees from Arkansas Tech University and the University of Arkansas.

On December 12, 2024, Congressman Kevin Hern expressed his views on violence via social media. He stated, “There is no justification for point-blank murder. This kind of rhetoric only empowers those who think violence is the solution for a difference of opinion.”

The following day, December 13, 2024, Hern congratulated new members appointed to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce.
