Kevin Hern, a Congressman representing Oklahoma’s 1st district since 2018, has been vocal on various political and economic issues through his social media presence. Born in Belton, Missouri, Hern now resides in Tulsa and holds degrees from Arkansas Tech University and the University of Arkansas, Little Rock.

On March 3, 2025, Congressman Kevin Hern commented on Europe’s financial dealings with Russia and Ukraine. He stated that “Europe is paying more to Russia for oil than they are to Ukraine for military support – stopping Russian oil imports would do everyone a lot of good.

Later the same day, Hern expressed support for President Trump’s recent actions. He tweeted that “President Trump is Making America Safe Again. In just four weeks, his executive action has reversed Biden’s mess. He broke it—@POTUS fixed it.

In another post on March 3, 2025, Hern addressed concerns about potential tax increases under the current administration. He remarked that “President Trump is rebuilding America’s economic strength. As CEO of the U.S. government, he knows what’s at stake—Americans could face the largest tax hike in history. We can’t let that happen.
