Congressman Kevin Hern, representing Oklahoma’s 1st District since 2018, has been vocal on social media regarding his support for President Donald Trump and the policies being implemented by the current administration. Hern replaced Jim Bridenstine in Congress and has a background that includes education from Arkansas Tech University and the University of Arkansas.

On March 10, 2025, Congressman Hern tweeted about the political situation in Congress: “Democrats in Congress want to shutdown the government to disrupt President Trump’s agenda. This CR freezes overall funding, while increasing funding for the border. I am proud to vote YES, and urge all my colleagues to stand with the President and help his agenda.”

Later that day, he shared another tweet praising President Trump’s achievements: “In just 50 days, President @realDonaldTrump has done more to save America than Joe Biden did in four years. The golden age of America is happening right before our eyes!”

On March 11, 2025, Hern expressed his views on global security under Trump’s leadership: “The world is safer today because President Trump is in the White House. Our President is for PEACE!”
