OVERVIEW

#8 Men’s Basketball faced off against Ottawa University in the quarterfinals in the KCAC Tournament.

Looking to advance to the KCAC semifinals, the Eagles defeated the Braves 99-82.

HIGHLIGHTS

Q1: 48-33

Q2:51-49

The Eagles had a stellar first half, with a strong lead going into the second. This was not the case in the 2nd half as the Eagles only outscored the Braves 51-49.

Leading the Eagles throughout the majority of the game was Jaden Lietzke; with 20 points scored in just 22 minutes of play. There were 4 different Eagles in double digit scoring on the night, one of those coming off the bench; Taylen Miller.

Defensively, Kaleb Stokes once again showed why he is a force in the paint and off the rim, with 8 rebounds.

UPCOMING EVENTS

The Eagles are set to face off against #22 Southwestern College for the KCAC Tournament Semifinals and a chance at the KCAC Tournament Championship game.
