WASHINGTON, DC – Today, RSC Chairman Kevin Hern strongly criticized President Biden’s FY 25 Budget, labeling it as detrimental to the country's financial well-being.

“Biden’s budget is nothing more than a left-wing wish list filled with massive spending that will only exacerbate the $34 trillion and counting in debt,” said RSC Chairman Kevin Hern.

Hern emphasized the need for a more responsible approach, stating, “The American taxpayers deserve a plan to protect them from a debt disaster. The Republican Study Committee is on track to produce yet another fiscally responsible budget that restores fiscal sanity for our current and future generations.”

In response to Biden’s budget release, the RSC also issued a memo to Members outlining their opposition to the proposed budget and highlighting why they believe it is “bad for America.”

This strong stance from the RSC underscores the ongoing debate and differing perspectives on fiscal policy in Washington, as the Biden administration pushes forward with its budget priorities.
