WASHINGTON, D.C. – Republican Study Committee (RSC) Chairman Kevin Hern (OK-01) released a statement following the Supreme Court's decision to overrule the Chevron doctrine.
“It’s time for lawmakers to take back our legislative power,” said Chairman Hern. “This is an opportunity for us to be better legislators - and ensure that unelected bureaucrats aren’t doing that job for us.”
