On November 21, 2024, Representative Kevin Hern from Oklahoma's 1st District issued a statement in response to the International Criminal Court's issuance of arrest warrants for Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. The ICC has been criticized by Hern as lacking credibility, similar to other international organizations such as the United Nations and the World Health Organization.

Representative Hern stated, "The ICC has no credibility—just like the UN and World Health Organization. These reckless arrest warrants for Israeli officials are outrageous." He emphasized Israel's struggle for survival and expressed opposition to actions he perceives as undermining its defense efforts against Iran and related groups.

Hern also highlighted support for strong leadership under President Trump, noting that America's allies are prepared for it while adversaries should be cautious. "America stands with Israel, today and always," he affirmed.
