Congressman Kevin Hern, representing Oklahoma’s 1st district since 2018, has been actively voicing his political stance and activities through social media. Born in Belton, Missouri in 1961, Hern currently resides in Tulsa. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas Tech University and further studies at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock.

On February 8, 2025, Congressman Hern announced via Twitter his upcoming appearance on Fox News. He invited followers to tune into the broadcast by tweeting: "Joining @FoxNews live — tune in!"

Later that day, Hern tweeted about the Republican Party's efforts to address key national issues. In his tweet posted at 16:26 UTC, he stated: "Republicans are fighting to secure the border, strengthen our military, and keep taxes low. Meanwhile, Democrats are content with skyrocketing deficits and tax hikes on hardworking families. We’re pushing forward with President Trump’s agenda—America can’t afford to wait."

In a subsequent tweet at 21:58 UTC on the same day, Congressman Hern addressed international concerns regarding the conflict in Gaza. He described it as "a battle between good and evil," referencing ongoing hostilities involving Hamas. The tweet read: "The war in Gaza is a battle between good and evil. For 490 days, Hamas held innocent civilians hostage—more remain in the grip of barbaric terrorists. President Trump was clear: Hamas must release ALL the hostages now."
