Cost of college went up for all students at Oral Roberts University

Tuition and fees rose 3.5 percent for 2018-19 at Oral Roberts University, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Oklahoma students paid $27,728 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $936 more than the $26,792 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 90 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 551 students received grants or scholarships totaling $10.4 million and 393 students took out student loans totaling more than $4.1 million.

Including all undergraduates (4,053), 2,921 students used grants or scholarships totaling $47.1 million, and 2,015 students took out $20.1 million in federal student loans.
