Graduates earn 359 degrees, certificates from Community Care College

About 78.6 percent of the 359 degrees and certificates handed out by Community Care College in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Tulsa conferred 249 certificates and 33 associate's degrees in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a certificate in medical insurance coding specialist/coder. Data shows the school gave out 76 certificates in medical insurance coding specialist/coder, followed by 63 certificates in medical/clinical assistant and 43 certificates in dental assisting/assistant.

The college enrolled 578 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
