Tulsa Municipal Court announces the availability of amnesty sessions for individuals with outstanding parking and traffic citations. These sessions align with the Resilient Tulsa Strategy, a program designed to equip all Tulsans with the necessary resources to overcome barriers and thrive. Moving Violation Amnesty Dates, June 3 and June 10, beginning at 8 a.m.

During these designated days, individuals can pay their citations in full with a cashier, avoiding additional late or warrant fees. Those unable to pay their fines in full can request to see a judge and set up a feasible payment plan. It’s important to note that if you have a citation for no/expired driver’s license, no/expired tag, or no/expired insurance, you should bring proof of current, active status insurance to be considered for a low-or-no-cost dismissal.

Individuals can pay in person at Municipal Court, located at 600 Civic Center, 2nd floor, or request to see a judge from 8 -11 a.m. and 1 – 4 p.m. on June 3 or 10.

Parking Violation Amnesty Week, June 5 to June 16, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

During this period, the vehicle owner or driver can visit Tulsa City Hall or Tulsa Municipal Court to pay preset parking fines without incurring late fees. Those unable to pay their fines in full can request a meeting with a judge to discuss setting up a suitable payment plan. To arrange a meeting, individuals must visit Municipal Court at 600 Civic Center and request to see a judge to get added to the docket and establish a payment plan.

Individuals can pay parking violations in person at two locations listed below,

Municipal Court, 600 Civic Center, 2nd floor 

• Hours: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday- Friday

City Hall, 175 E. 2nd St. 

• Hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday

We understand that some individuals may be facing financial difficulties. Therefore, we encourage anyone who cannot afford to pay their citations to contact the Financial Empowerment Center. This service, provided at no cost, offers one-on-one financial counseling to all individuals, regardless of income. To schedule an appointment, please call (918) 802-7279.

Physically handicapped citizens visiting the Tulsa Municipal Court building have two options for entry. If they are being dropped off, they can conveniently use the turnabout drive for easy access. The turnabout is located on the plaza level, on the north side of the building, across from the Aloft Hotel. If arriving by car and utilizing the parking area, they should make their way to the east door of the building on the parking level. A buzzer system is in place to request entry, where they will be escorted to the plaza level by elevator.
